MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLIES – Service contract agreement
MAINTENANCE PLAN: This monthly service has a base charge of $120 per month and includes unlimited prints/copies in color or B/W. This includes all parts, labor, travel, maintenance, and toner supplies. This maintenance plan does not include staples or paper, which can be purchased from Print Source directly for a discounted price.
This maintenance plan is based on the monthly duty (usage) cycle recommended by the manufacturer of 10,000 pages. Print Source will charge an additional service fee for any overages outside of this rating by Canon.
