Basic Delivery/Installation fee of $325.00, includes delivery within Houston Metro area, two hours of onsite setup and configuration included. Any special programming needed for logins, print management will be billed as $125 and hr. Additional time needed for setup or configuration will be billed at $125 an hr.

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLIES – Service contract agreement

*Maintenance Contract: This contract is a per click contract with a base charge of $25 per month. All Prints and Copies will be charged at, B/W is $0.01 cents per copy on monochrome and $0.075 cents per copy on color. This includes all parts, labor, travel, maintenance, and supplies. This contract does not include Staples or Paper, which can be purchased from Print Source directly for a discounted price.

This is a usage base MA contract and is priced with a 7% or less page coverage. If monthly average coverage exceeds 7%-page coverage, Print Source will bill .005 additional for B/W and .01 additional for color per page for every 2% over the page coverage average percentage it is of the 7% threshold. For example, if your average color coverage % is 9% or less your color rate will be charge at .085 per page. This is for a billing period average so therefore your total output average would have to be over 7% for this additional charge to take place. Current Print Source MA Contract customer’s monthly color total page coverage average is 5.6%.
